What happens in the free general enquiry?
Send me your question through the form. I’ll reply within one business day, usually by email. I’ll answer general questions and explain how a detailed consultation works. I can’t recommend a visa until I understand your situation properly, and that’s what the detailed consultation is for.
Can you guarantee my visa will be granted?
No. Visa decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs, and no registered migration agent can guarantee an outcome. What I can do is give you honest advice about your chances and prepare your application carefully.
How long will my visa take?
It depends on the visa and your circumstances. The Department of Home Affairs publishes current visa processing times.
Do I need a migration agent?
No, you can apply yourself. A registered migration agent can help you choose the right visa, avoid common mistakes and prepare a strong application, which matters most when your situation is complex.
Can you help if I’m outside Australia?
Yes. All consultations are by video (Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet), so I can help wherever you are.
Which languages do you speak?
I give advice in English and Hindi.
How do I check that you are registered?
You can search my MARN, 2619590, on the official Register of Migration Agents run by the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
