How fees work
Every situation is different, so we talk about fees with you before you commit to anything. You’ll always know the cost before you pay.
Application fees
Professional fees for preparing and lodging your application depend on the visa and your circumstances. We discuss them with you, and you receive a written quote before you commit.
Government visa application charges are set by the Department of Home Affairs and are paid separately from Altus fees.
Cancellation and rescheduling
- One reschedule is free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for a refund.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
- If you don’t attend, the consultation fee is forfeited.
- Exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Questions about fees
When do I pay for a consultation?
When you book. The fee is shown in the booking calendar before you pay, and you’ll receive a receipt by email straight away, along with your video link.
Is the general enquiry really free?
Yes. There’s no cost and no obligation. I’ll answer general questions and explain how a consultation works.
